1. Membership Cancellation

• Cancellation will stop future billing but does not provide a refund for past payments.

• The Growth Catalyst ($99/month):
  
  • No refunds after payment. You can cancel future renewals anytime.
• Master Business Architect (MBA) ($999/month):
  
  • Refunds only if requested within 7 days of the initial purchase.
  • No refunds on renewals.

3. One-Time Purchases & Courses

• Digital products, courses, and workshops are non-refundable once accessed.
• If you face technical issues, contact support for assistance.

4. Exceptional Cases

• Refunds for extenuating circumstances (e.g., duplicate charges) are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@millionmarkclub.com for assistance.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

• Unauthorized chargebacks will result in account suspension.
